  • Nausea and vomiting: 50%
  • Vertigo: 50%
  • Confusion: 30%
  • Subjective weakness: 20%
  • Severe toxicity: ‘pink’ skin and mucosae, hyperpyrexia, arrhythmias, extrapyramidal features, coma, death
