Differentiate andkylosing psonydlitis (ass.lower back pain, pain raidates up teh spin)
Rheumatoid- asss joint stiffness and sweeling
Psoriatic- skin condition joint pain t tip of toes adn fingers
Plantar Fasciitis
pain at first step in the mroning
pain in heel and arch
after ambulation for about 20 minutes pain decreases or subsideds
Plantar Fascia rupture
runners
aute pain aoccurs after jumping/springint
tennis players and soccer players
stress fratcure or spur
similar symptoms to rupture but will be evident on radiatograph at least 2-3 weeks after injurty
Tendonities
cant see but can plalate
pain, swelling
Tarsal Tunnel Syndeom
nerve pain
once the posterior tibial nerve courses beind medial malleolus and travels to food
pain raidates to bottom of foot, worsens witha ctivity but not always releived by rest
achilles tendontities
chronic overuse
tight tendon
PFTD
Patellafemoral tracking disroder
most common non-degenerative knee disorder
biomechanical abnormalty that may cause chondramalacia fo patella, can be priamry or secondary
positive theater sign
pain descending stairs
subpatellar crepitus
supatellar or peripatellar pain`
Jobe test
supraspinatus tear
abduct patient arms. Push down resistance and see weaness
Crossover test
Acromioclavicular joint
Adduct patietn arm- painful suggests ifnallmmation or arthtitis of AC joint
