The place in an ecosystem in which organisms live
Environment
All the conditions surrounding a living thing
Adaptations
A change in a organism to better fit an ecosystem
Species
The lowest level of classification
Biome
A biome is a big ecosystem
Deciduous forest
A deciduous forest can be found in USA, Canada, Europe, Japan, Russia, China. Trees in the deciduous forest loose there leaves
Desert
The desert gets at least 20cm of rain each year. And not all deserts are hot
Taiga
The taiga is the worlds largest biome. There are long cold winters and short mild wet summers
Tundra
The tundra is the worlds coldest biome
Grassland
Grassland is another way of saying Savannah and prairie
Tropical rainforest
tropical rainforests are close to the equator
Producer
An organism that uses the suns energy to make their own food
Consumers
They get their energy from eating other producers
Decomposers
They consume dead plants and animals
Herbivores
They only eat plants
Carnivores
They only eat meat
Omnivores
They eat plants and animals
food chain
A food chain is were all plants and animals get energy from one another. For example βοΈ gives the πΏπ²π³π΅ and then those plants die and then π eat those and then animals eat the π then bigger animals eat those animals
