2 Reduce rotation- 2nd guiding principle of menu writing
We go after any rotation and get the body more in symmetry to increase effectiveness of the rest of the ecises
3 Neutralize the pelvis-3rd guiding principle of menu writing
Try to bring the pelvis back to a neutral position. Reduce the anterior or posterior tilt
4 Work from the inside out- 4th guiding principle of menu writing
Work on the deeper, supportive, and stabilizing muscles.
5 Leave the body in neutral- 5th guiding principle of menu writing
Always ending the menu in an ecise that leaves the body in neutral
Ecises for trunk rotation
- Gravity drop 2. Upper spinal floor twist. 3 Static back. 4 standing arm circles. 5 Supine groin progressive
Herniated disc, Neck pain- Walldrop ecise for neck pain
Don’t put someone with herniated disc on their back. Use the slant standing board with their back against the wall.
