what is bulimia nervosa?
recurrent episodes of binge eating, followed by behaviours to compensate for the binge

what is russel’s sign?
caluses on back of hand/knuckles due to self induced vomiting over a long time
diagnostic criteria for bulimia?
overeating at least 2x a week for 3 months
cravings
vomiting/purging/starving
self perception of being too fat
