EPA Registered Disinfectant
A product that has been approved by the EPA as an effective disinfectant against certain disease - producing organisms.
Epidermis
The outermost layer of the skin; also called the cuticle or scarfskin

External Carotid Artery
The artery that supplies blood to the anterior parts of the scalp, face neck, and side of the head.
External Jugular Vein
The vein located on the side of the neck that carries blood returning to the heart from the head, face and neck.

The artery that supplies blood to the lower region of face, mouth, and nose.
Facial Bones
The two nasal bones, two lacrimal bones, two zygomatic or malar bones, two maxillae; the mandible, two turbinal bones; two palatine and the vomer.
Facial Shapes
Oval, round, inverted triangular, square oblong, diamond, and pear- shaped.

The chief sensory nerves of the face and controls chewing.

A term used for the technique to cut hair holding the hair into a position to cut.
