- idiopathic
- associated with other functional gut disorders

A
- check h. pylori status
- treat with acid inhibition

- bothersome postprandial fullness
- early satiation
- epigastric pain
- epigastric burning
- no evidence of structural disease that is likely to explain symptoms

- gastric biopsy (urease test, histology, culture)

- ALL anti-secretory therapy (PPI)
