Fall in both Estrogen & Progesterone

BL and Yin are empty => Chong and Ren depleted
Folicular Phase
Estrogen level rise d/t FSH
Mid-cycle
Blood and Yin fill up in Chong and Ren
OVULATORY Phase
Ovum released => corpus luteum develops from LH
