2 of: infrequent or no ovulation
Sx of hyperandrogenism
12+ cysts detected on one ovary
Tx of very heavy, acute bleeding
IV estrogen
progesterone withdrawal
Most common cause of anovulation in all women
pregnancy
get that hCG all the time
