Mexican Revolution
The revolution erupted after Diaz’s arresting of the other candidate, Francisco Madero, as well as the strong policies laid out by him, and having affairs with foreign powers in relation to industries.
Russian Revolution
The revolution in which bolsheviks (a working-class communist party) advocated for collective ownership that would lead to a just society. This led to the government taking control of industries and factories, which would lead to Bloody Sunday and The Revolution in 1905.

The entire country must pitch in to aid in the war, whether that was foods and proceeds go to the military, or women working to make war materials.

Due to the Stock Market Crash in 1929, and inflation + loans to pay in Germany, as well as paying for each nations damage from the war, this put the globe into a major era of unemployment, low money, and economic decline.
New Deal
Franklin D. Roosevelt’s policies + programs to relive the national population of unemployed and poor people, and inspire new reforms to avoid an atrocity like this again.
Five Year Plans (Soviet Union)
Plans issued by the government to predict what must be done in the economy for the next five years. (China too)
Fascist Communist Economy
The government is in control of the economy, and will direc what your life will be like in accordance to the government’s needs.
Mandates
The transfer of control from the victimized country to the country taking control. (ex. Allies wanting to rule some land from the Central Powers).

Holocaust
The genocide executed by the Nazi Party by killing 6 million Jews and 6 million other kinds of people due to discrimination and persecution.
Ukrainian Genocide
Due to the collectivization coming from Stalin’s policies, the people (kulaks) of the state did not want to give up their crops. This made the government initiate a period of a man-made famine in the early 1930s, killing 7-10M civilians.
