DSM-V Reliability

A

Regier et al. (2013) found that 3 disorders (including PTSD) had kappa values ranging from very good (0.6-0.79) and 7 (including SZ) had kappa values of 0.4-0.59, good.

Acceptable agreement has plummeted. Cooper (2014) explains that DSM classified 0.2-0.4 as acceptable
