What is the MOA of Glatiramer?
Glatiramer (Copaxone) is a synthetic polypeptide. It may block the presentation of certain myelin antigens to T lymphocytes.
List 3 adverse effects of Glatiramer.

List 3 adverse effects of Natalizumab.
Infection
Muscle cramps
Fatigue
What is the daily dose of Natalizumab?
IV infusion 300mg every 4 weeks.
