Indications- Cardaic VT/VF, concision VT or VF
Contraindications- Torsades de pointes -Torsades de pointes (TdP) is a specific form of polymorphic ventricular tachycardia occurring in the context of QT prolongation; it has a characteristic morphology in which the QRS complexes “twist” around the isoelectric line.
Effects- Hypotension, dysrythmias , bradycardia
Dose- 50mg or 300mg IV
Aspirin
Indications- ACS
Contraindications- Allergy or hypersensitivity, Avicte or suspected bleed, patients <16 years , T1 protocol
Effects- Aggravation to bleed , gastric irriation, bleed longer to stop

Indications- bradycardia, organophosphate ,nerve agent poison

Effects- dry mouth ,blurr vision, Tachycardia , hyperthermia , Dysrythmias, nausea , hallucinations, dizziness

Indications- Cardiogenic shock ,diving emergencies ,Dehydration, hyperglycemia, medical hypoerfusion, newborn resus , sepsis ,

Effects- fluid overload, hypertension , increase urination , hypothermia , pulmonary odema ,exacerbate acidosis
