What are drugs?
A chemical substance that affect the way your body works. They alter chemical reactions that take place inside your body. Sometimes these changes are helpful but in many cases they are indeed harmful.
What are medical drugs?
Used for medicine. They benefit your health in some way for example pain relief drugs where your brain messengers won’t message your aching pain.
What are recreational drugs?
They’re drugs that people take for enjoyment, to help them relax if stimulated or other ways to be restless or to help them stay awake. Recreational drugs normally have no health benefits and in many cases are harmful.

It’s when your body always relies on drugs or takes them for fun.
