Imipramine,(Tofranil) a tricyclic antidepressant, is also used. Relaxes bladder muscle, lightens sleep
Oxybutynin (Ditropan)targets bladder detrusor instability. Decreases bladder muscle spasms
DDAVP (synthetic vasopressin made by the pituitary acting on the kidney to decrease the amount of urine made)
