Q

What are the 3 receptor bonding experiments?

A
  • Kinetic : how the response changes with time
  • Saturation: binding with increasing concentrations of ligand
  • Competition/ modulation : binding of 1/ more fixed concs of ligand with different concs of other drug. Compete for same bonding site
