Spring mount
Spring mount is securely mounted, not cracked or broken, has no loose or missing bolts or brackets. The bushings are not damaged or missing.
Leaf springs
Leaf springs are securely mounted, not missing, shifted, cracked or broken.
Uā bolt
You bought is not cracked, broken, loose or missing.
Shock absorber
Shock absorber is securely mounted and not leaking.
Air brake hoses
Air brake hose couplings are secure and not leaking. Air brake hoses are not leaking, cracked, worn or frayed. Air brake lines supply air.
Brake chamber
Brake chamber is securely mounted, has no loose or missing clamps, is not cracked, dented, or leaking.
Pushrod and slack adjuster
On the pushrod and slack adjuster there are no bent, broken, lose, or missing parts. Pushrod should not move more than 1 inch when pulled by hand when the brakes are released.
Brake lining
Brake lining is not worn dangerously thin. There are no signs of oil or grease.
Brake drum
Brake drum is secure. There are no missing bolts. There are no cracks, dents, or holes. There is no oil or grease.
Tire
The steer tire meets the standard of having a minimum of 4/32 of an inch of tread depth. It has even wear. There are no cuts or damage to the tread or side walls, and there are no noticeable leaks.
Valve stem
This is the valve stem. It is capped, is not damaged or missing, and has no noticeable leaks. I would check the tire pressure here with a gauge.
Rim
This is the rim. It is not bent, dented, cracked, damaged or welded.
Lug nuts
These are the lug nuts. They are secure. There are no distortions or cracks radiating from the lug holes. Lug nuts are not missing, and there are no rust trails.
Hub seal
This is the hub seal. It is not leaking and the hub oil is at the proper level.
