Most of them are not. It is cause by a mistake in cell division during early development of the fetus.

Nose is broad and flat
Extra fold of eyelids in inner canthus (epicanthal fold)
Lateral upward slanting of palpebral fissure
Iris of the eyes has brushfield spots
Tongue protruding from mouth due to small oral cavity
Back of the head is flat
Puppy’s neck
Lowset ears
Poor muscle tone
Ragdoll appearance
Short fingers
Third and little fingers curved inward
Wide space between first and second toe and fingers
Simian line present rather than normal 3 creases
