Wesley Final Goal -
Pilgrim Journey with this present life as one of decision and preparation.
Decision is based on the presence of the kingdom of God already present in the life of the believer.
Preparation then is practical holiness since the kingdom is still future and goal of our hope.

Dispensationalism
a theological view that sees the history of man in a series of segments “dispensations” where God brings blessing to obedient and judgment to the disobedient
Dispensationalism - This view….
Holds a literal view of the Bible
Sees a distinction between the church and Israel in that God has a plan for both.
Glory of God as the ultimate purpose for the world.
Dispensationalism

Amillennialism
Post Millennialism
Premillennialism (Historical) & (Dispensational)
Amillennialism
Christ current reign over the church. The millennial is now. Hostility towards Christians will increase (tribulation). Believers meet Jesus in the air. Armageddon All descend to earth for final judgment Heaven or hell.
Postmillennialism
sees the future as forward, positive advancement of the church bringing the nations of the world into obedience to the Lord and His kingdom. Millennial is spiritual. Culture becomes Christian. Great Rebellion. Believers gathered with Jesus. Judgment.
Premillennialism - (Historical)
Church goes through tribulation. Armageddon. Rapture/1,000 year reign Satan released/rebellion. Satan defeated once for all Judgment Heaven/Hell
Premillennialism - (Dispensational)
Rapture of the Church Tribulation (7 years) - (pre, mid, post) Armageddon Physical 1,000 year reign by Christ Satan released/Rebellion Satan defeated once for all Judgment Heaven/Hell
