A
  • workers get good at their job-improve-valued (quality)
  • production increases-produces more at the same time so productivity increases.
  • time saving-production lines
  • cost effective-capital machinery will massively increase productivity+ cost-effective
  • consumers will benefit through lower prices.

-Boredom-re-valued-same/repetitive-de-valued-quality will worsen
-payments are low-extreme working conditions
