A

An inclusive team is one where everyone’s ideas are supported and encourage.

A team where everyone celebrate’s each other’s successes.

A

A

Having a diverse team from different backgrounds will mean that there are more approaches and different ways of thinking about things.

This will lead to more ideas and solutions.

A

Subconscious social stereotypes that we have about certain people that we are unaware about and can lead me to take unfair decisions

A

Through education and training.

I make sure I ‘check’ myself before making a decision or judgement, to make sure that it is fully justified.

What would you do if a team member wasn’t acting in a collaborative way?

A

Depends greatly on the circumstance and who it is.

However, I would maybe try and reach out to see if there’s anything wrong as to why they are acting that way, in a non prying manner.

Ultimately, I would speak with my line manager if it was causing such a problem so as to impact mine or my team’s work.
