who can sell the different classes?

A

Rx only, RM medicines can only be sold by pharmacist

OTC medicines can sold by someone under pharmacist supervision

Rx only can only be sold if under prescription from authorised prescriber/veterinarian/delegated prescriber

in terms of medicines, what can pharmacists do? Rx only vs RM/OTC?

Pharmacists can manufacture, pack, label, sell, supply any medicine

Pharmacists can only do the above in a pharmacy/hospital

Prescription medicines can only be prepared if on a prescription

OTC/RM medicines can be repackaged, but automatically becomes Rx only
