-STREAM LINE SERVICES eg number of IVF rounds one is entitled to, (so atm diff areas have diff acces to funding eg some will fund for u more)(eg some women can get ivf done more times than others)

(Prescribed to dancing, gardening, volunteering)
(Where one aim was to become more integrated in care and to creates less divide between primary and communtiy service)
-bc estimated 1 in 5 GP appointments r for non medical issues
(BRTISH RED CROSS found; those frequently at A4E, have housing, mental health issues)
-now more than 3500 social prescribing link workers across uk
(But still need to make sure every go has a link worker, need to ensure that this reaches its goal of 6500 by the end of the plan)
