What is my EQi assessment
Total EI is just over 90 (low range)
I have high interpersonal skills and self expression
I have low stress management and self perception
Within self perception I have low emotional self awareness: so I do not understand my own emotions and to take action I can reflect on the emotions I felt that day
As for stress management I have low flexibility which means I am not open to new concepts and to take action I can research more about new ideas

I am a C- a logical thinker, precise, analytical
I seek accuracy, my strengths are in planning, systems
My challenges are that I’m a perfectionist, critical
My dislikes are disorganization
My decisions are methodical
I can improve by openness with emotions, less pessimistic, less defensive, less critical
