Define ‘Adapted Sports’ and give an example
A
- Where the heights of goals are the same but the rules are adapted
- Example: In wheelchair basketball, the hoop heights are the same but some of the rules are adapted

Define the term ‘Adapted Equipment’ and give an example
A
- Where equipment is adapted so that it is audible for the event and can be used
- In blind football, the footballs used have ball-bearings within small components within the ball, so that it is audible and its movements can be tracked

- Numbers and letters which identify the particular disability to make competition fair,
- This is used in athletics
