These are healthy types of disinhibition because these are some of the things that you cannot speak freely offline. Especially if the people around you are not that accepting or overly critical of your behavior

This type of disinhibition is
Rude language, harsh criticism, anger, hatred, andthreats* Pornography and violence

Toxic Disinhibition
-is a social identity that an Internet user establishes in online communities and websites. It can also be considered as an actively constructed presentation of one self.
Digital Identity
the conscious or unconscious process through which people try to control the impressions other people form of them.
Self-presentation
refers to the goal-directed conscious or unconscious attempt to influence the perceptions of other people about a person, object, or event by regulating and controlling information in social interaction
Impression management
refers to the practice of purposefully trying to present one self as highly competent to other people
Self promotion
refers to behaviors that a person illicitly enacts to make others like him or her or think well of his or her qualities as a person
Ingratiation
is defined as a strategic self presentational strategy where by an individual attempts to project an image of integrity and moral worthiness.
Exemplification
is intentional behavior that would cause a person of ordinary sensibilities to fear injury or harm.
Intimidation
strategy for self-presentation that involves depicting oneself as a weak, needy, or dependent, so as to motivate others to provide assistance or care.
Supplication
It is an impact that sets Social media sites inform and empower individuals to change themselves and their communities.

are the set of guidelines, rules or limits that a person to create an identify, reasonable, safe and permissible ways for people to behave towards them and how they respond in case someone breaks these rules or overstep the limits

is usually based on group affiliation. Like in social media many people identify themselves as member of certain group so that it will be easy for them to communicate their concerns or issues.
