Carbohydrates are your body’s main source of energy. Deficiency can make you feel weak and lightheaded
What is the purpose of oil and spreads and what happens when you lack it
Oil and spreads are a source of energy and lacking it can result in weight loss and hair loss.
What is protein and what does the absence of it lead to
Protein helps repair muscles and bones and can be an energy source. Little protein leads to slow metabolism.
