Sucrase
Intestinal glands–>Small intestine. Hydrolyzes sucrose to glucose and fructose.
Lactase
Intestinal glands–>Small intestine. Hydrolyzes lactose to glucose and galactose.
Pepsin (secreted as pepsinogen)
Gastric glands–>Stomach. Hydrolyzes specific peptide bonds.
Trypsin (secreted as trypsinogen)
Pancreas–>Small intestine. Hydrolyzes specific peptide bonds, converts chymotrypepsinogen to chymotrypsin.
Chymotripsin (secreted as chymotrypepsinogen)
