Jews from Asia saw Paul in the temple. What did they do?
They stirred up the crowd, seized Paul, and shouted for the people to help them.
(21:27-28)
“When the seven days were nearly over, some Jews from the province of Asia saw Paul at the temple. They stirred up the whole crowd and seized him, shouting, ‘Fellow Israelites, help us! This is the man who teaches everyone everywhere against our people and our law and this place. And besides, he has brought Greeks into the temple and defiled this holy place.’”
The whole city came running to the temple. What did they do?
They seized Paul and dragged him out of the temple.
(21:30)
“The whole city was aroused, and the people came running from all directions. Seizing Paul, they dragged him from the temple, and immediately the gates were shut.”
What did the Roman commander do to Paul?
Arrested Paul, put him in chains, and asked who he was and what he had done

“The commander came up and arrested him and ordered him to be bound with two chains. Then he asked who he was and what he had done.”
What did the crowd shout to the commander concerning Paul?
“‘Get rid of him!’”
In Acts 22:22, they also said “‘Rid the earth of him! He’s not fit to live!’”

When did the crowd become quiet?

What did the crowd do when Paul told them about Stephen and the Lord sending him to the Gentiles?
Shouted that he was not fit to live and started throwing their cloaks and dust into the air.

“‘“Lord,” I replied, “these people know that I went from one synagogue to another to imprison and beat those who believe in you. And when the blood of your martyr Stephen was shed, I stood there giving my approval and guarding the clothes of those who were killing him.” Then the Lord said to me, “Go; I will send you far away to the Gentiles.”’ The crowd listened to Paul until he said this. Then they raised their voices and shouted, ‘Rid the earth of him! He’s not fit to live!’ As they were shouting and throwing off their cloaks and flinging dust into the air,”
What did the commander tell the soldiers to do to Paul?
Flog him and question him

“the commander ordered that Paul be taken into the barracks. He directed that he be flogged and interrogated in order to find out why the people were shouting at him like this.”
What question did Paul ask the centurion?
“‘Is it legal for you to flog a Roman citizen who hasn’t even been found guilty?’”

“As they stretched him out to flog him, Paul said to the centurion standing there, ‘Is it legal for you to flog a Roman citizen who hasn’t even been found guilty?’”
Why did the commander become alarmed?
He had placed a Roman citizens in chains.
(22:29)
“Those who were about to interrogate him withdrew immediately. The commander himself was alarmed when he realized that he had put Paul, a Roman citizen, in chains.”
