Where were the disciples to wait for the gift Jesus promised them?
Jerusalem

Where did Jesus say they would be His witnesses?
Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, the ends of the earth

What happened to Jesus after He told the apostles they were to be His witnesses?
He was taken up into heaven and a cloud hid Him from their sight.

What did the believers hear and see on the day of Pentecost?
The sound of a violent wind and tongues of fire

Why were the people bewildered (confused)?
The people who were filled with the Holy Spirit spoke in different languages. Each Jew there heard their own language being spoken.

“All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them. Now there were staying in Jerusalem God-fearing Jews from every nation under heaven. When they heard this sound, a crowd came together in bewilderment, because each one heard their own language being spoken.”
What did Peter tell the people to do to receive the Holy Spirit?
Repent and be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins.

They sold some of their possessions and property and gave to help the person.
