Reduce fizzy drink consumption and sweets and eat fruits with natural sugar

Reduce saturated fat
Avoid frying foods
Read labels and eat low fat products

Eat white meat and fish instead of red meat
Reduced fat/unsaturated spreads

Use herbs and spices
