What is a balanced diet?
A balanced diet is a person who eats the right amount of food groups.
“How might the balanced diet of an office worker compare to a builder? Why?”
The office worker will eat less carbohydrate than the builder as they are less active.
Malnutrition
When a diet is unbalanced by eating too much or too little of the different food groups.
Starvation
When a diet does not have enough food.

This is when your arteries clot and your heart stops. Or a blockage in the heart. Fatty foods can clot your arteries.
Stroke
When a clot blocks blood vessels in the brain starving it with oxygen.
Processed foods
When food is processed through machines and had things added to it.
