Stethoscope placed over femoral arteries
Pressure applied proximal to stethoscope - systolic murmur heard
Pressure applied distal to stethoscope - diastolic murmur heard
What is Traube’s sign?
‘Pistol shot’ sound heard when stethoscope placed over femoral artery
What is Muller’s sign?
Uvula pulsations seen with each heartbeat

Low-pitched mid-diastolic murmur
