A
Elevated (70%) or irritable (80%) mood
Decreased sleep

Psychomotor agitation
Cognitive - decreased concentration, flight of ideas, lack of insight
Thought disorders - circumstatiality, tangential speech
Psychosis - grandiose and persecutory delusions, hyperacusis, hyperaesthesia
Manic stupor (severe)
