Pancreas hormones
A
-Body isn’t producing insulin, results in high blood sugar.
Pancreas releases insulin and glucagon.
Beta Lin - beta cells release insulin when BGL are high.
Alpha gon - alpha cells release glucagon when BGL are low.
-Insulin decreases blood sugar. It allows your body to use glucose in the carbs you eat to use as energy, or store it.

Appears in children, younger, born with it at times.
