A

SGLT2 inhibitor - fozin (sodium glucose cotransporter)
They prevent reabsorption of glucose in PCT
With metformin

A

Rehydrate saline
Insulin
0.1 units / kg / hour
Potassium - low in DKA , pee out what’s in blood - goes up with insulin admission as rest K+ driven into cells so hypokalaemia very quickly as none in blood.
