What is social learning theory?
People tend to learn about consequences of behaviour by observing others

Attention (pays attention to models behaviour)
Retention (The individual retains the observed behaviour in memory)
Reproduction (has the capability to reproduce the behaviour)
Motivation ( the individual is motivated to replicate the behaviour often based on reinforcement principles)

When an individual learns something by observing the consequences experienced by someone else
