What are fractures in young children a potential sign of

A

NAI suspicious. Particularly in infants.
Metaphyseal corner fractures almost definitely NAI. Occult rib fractures common in grabbed, squeezed, shaken. Spiral fractures result of twisting forces.

Hypoxia, subdural hemmorhage, rib fractures, retunal hemmorhage
