-Made with 64 percent Guayaquil chocolate from Ecuador. Guayaquil, a city in Ecuador, is renowned for its high-quality cacao beans. The chocolate has a strong, slightly bitter chocolate flavor, balanced with a smooth, velvety texture. It offers a rich cacao taste with a touch of sweetness and notes of dried fruit and coffee.
-Garnished with sweet clover chantilly(also known as Boreal Vanilla infused in alcohol), as well as salt.
-Sweet clover chantilly can be omitted
45% Creme Brulee
45% Creme Brulee (G, D, E, N)
-45% Sheldon Double Cream is used
-Pasteurized raw egg yolk, real vanilla beans, salt, and sugar are also used.
-Sable Breton has almond meal, egg, butter, and flour. It is the small shortbread cookie on top. It can be omitted.
-Topped with fresh blueberries and strawberries.

-The Paris Brest is the world’s oldest cycling event in the world. While a traditional race has a winner and a loser, the Paris Brest race simply requires participants to cycle from France’s capital of Paris, to the port city of Brest, and back to Paris.

Truffled Delice de Bourgonne (GF, D, NF)
-Délice de Bourgogne is a triple-cream cheese from Burgundy, France, made from cow’s milk and cream. It has a creamy, smooth, and spreadable texture, almost fluffy. Its rich, buttery flavor is complemented by nutty and sweet notes.
-Marinated in truffle and cured for a few days so that the truffle flavour is nicely integrated into the cheese
-Served with Gluten Free Buckwheat Cracker and Cherry Jam
