The chocolate has a strong, slightly bitter chocolate flavor, balanced with a smooth, velvety texture. It offers a rich cacao taste with a touch of sweetness and notes of dried fruit and coffee.
-Garnished with sweet clover chantilly(also known as Boreal Vanilla infused in alcohol), as well as salt.
-Sweet clover chantilly can be omitted

-Pasteurized raw egg yolk, real vanilla beans, salt, and sugar are also used.
