What is a design brief and what does it include
The design brief is the focal point of the design process. It includes all of the important information to develop a new product including information about who, what, when, where and why.

The key steps in the design process are the design brief, investigating, generating, collaborating and managing, producing and evaluating.
Criteria for evaluation. List 5 questions to evaluate the success of a product.
- Was the food suitable for the people consuming it?
- Was the food item appropriate to the season?
- Was the food prepared and served within the time frame specified in the design brief
- Did the food match the event of theme
- We’re the quality and sensory properties of the food appropriate to the needs of the design brief?

Taste, texture, aroma, appearance
