What is the difference between a guarantee and a warranty?
A
A guarantee is free of charge and covers products, service and consumer satisfaction.
It states that in case the product is below the specified quality, it will be repaired, replaced or the money paid refunded.
A warranty is a paid for written assurance on a product only, that states, if the facts specified on the product are not true and genuine, it will be repaired or replaced.
