pigmented spindle cell nevus (PSCN)/ Reed nevus
- They are jet-black but may have shades of blue, gray, or brown
- Dermoscopically, most have streaks or pseudopods, giving the lesion a starburst appearance; others may have a globular pattern with reticular depigmentation
