Non-sedating antihistamines: claritin, clarinex, allegra

Clindamycin + BP
MOST COMBOS ARE EXPENSIVE AND INSURANCE WONT COVER THEM

Maintenance therapy: Adapalene

Rosacea

A

Mild: avoid triggers, topical antibiotics (metronidazole), topical retinoids

Moderate: oral antibiotics, topical retinoids

Severe: oral isotretinoin, laser treatments

Topical antibiotics: metronidazole is the treatment of choice, apply BID

Topical retinoids: Azelaic acid

New treatment: Brimonidine, ophthalmic option or ocular rosacea
