Mild:
High potency topical corticosteroid/emollients…
in preblistering stage
Oral antihistamine :
1st Trimester
First generation
Chlorphenaine
Diphenhydramine
later trimester 2nd generation Loratadine
Oral corticosteroids:
Mainstay of treatment for most women
Oral prednisone 20-60 mg/day
once blisters starts
