Major Depressive Disorder

Significant weight loss or weight gain
Insomnia or hypersomnia
Psychomotor agitation
Fatigue
Feelings of worthlessness or inappropriate guilt
Diminished ability to think or concentrate
Recurrent thoughts of death
Persistent Depressive Disorder (Dysthymia)
Depressed mood occurring more days than not for at least two years.
Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder
Durning menstruation: Marked affective lability Irritability or anger Depressed mood or feelings of hopelessness Anxiety, tension, or being keyed up Decreased interest in usual activities Breast tenderness, swelling
