  1. professional dental cleaning
  2. pumice polish
  3. rinse mouth with chlorhexidine
  4. perioperative antibiotics
  5. remove 5-7 mm pulp with round bur
  6. control hemorrhage with paper point
  7. apply pulp dressing (trioxide aggregate)
  8. Add intermediate layer (glass ionomer)
  9. finish with light cured restorative
  10. take post-op xrays
  11. take follow up xrays in 3m, 12m, then yearly.
