- “Handing over to Satan”, those blatant in sin- do not commit immoral acts or blaspheme against God

- PRIMARY REASON- We learn from our mistakes and the bad decisions we’ve made
- Can bring about good- he is like that of a doctor, using leeches and maggots to help a patient. Maggots and leeches don’t care that they’re helping the patient, but the doctor uses them anyway.
