What strategies have you used to research key industry trends and apply them to data analysis?
Some of the strategies I haves used in my work experience consist of:
Reading industry publications and reports,
analyzing competitor websites,
attending industry events,
following industry blogs and news site and analyzing publicly industry datasets.
o Could you share examples of presentation materials or reports you’ve
developed for executive stakeholders?
One example was a presentation that I did twice a year where I presented the results of a deep analysis project I did on drives conducted by Global Wireless Solutions (GWS )
How would you detect fraud
I would assume in the same way I did it at ATT, identifying anomalies in certain kPI using machine learning models
How would you improve player retention
Probably using AB testing, segmentation, and personalized experiences.
How does your experience make you a good fit for this role
I’ve analyzed and optimized high-performance systems that can translate into analyzing customer behavior or performance metrics in gaming or hospitality.
My expertise in network coverage and predictive modeling can be applied to forecasting customer demand patterns in the gaming industry
I have familiarity handling competitive markets and customer-centric strategies, which provides transferable skills in gaming or hospitality.
