Q

Have you worked on predictive modeling? How did you use it?

A

Yes! One of my key projects involved predicting network coverage demands for large stadium events,

working on a project to reduce churn due to network complaints

I analyzed historical data on network usage, call volumes, and congestion trends, cleaned and transformed the data, and fed it into predictive models to forecast future coverage needs.
This helped my team proactively optimize network performance, reducing outages and improving user experience.

I can apply similar predictive modeling techniques to analyze customer behaviors, revenue trends, and demand forecasting in the hospitality industry.

Q

How do you ensure data accuracy?

A

Data accuracy is very important, handling large datasets requires a combination of efficient ETL processes, SQL queries, and data validation techniques.

At AT&T Mobility, I worked with Azure Data Warehouses and ETL pipelines, where I extracted raw data, cleaned inconsistencies, removed duplicates, and standardized formats before loading it for analysis.

Q

How do you handle working with large, complex datasets?

A

My Process is to first:

Consider the ask or the problem.

identify where i will get my data from

Then I collect relevant data using Excel or SQL queries

Validating the data by cleaning it again using Excel or SQL

I visualize the data using tools like Excel or Tableau

I break down the data however I need to, and I analyze it to get my findings

I then interpret the data using visuaization toolss like Tableau or Power BI to answer the question or the problem.

I finish with analysis results and conclustion

Q

Can you describe a time you solved a business problem using data?

A

At AT&T Mobility, we had a recurring issue with a report that we needed to work daily and our internal data reporting system was slow and often inaccurate

We analyzed the data and identified what metrics we needed to keep, strip, and add.

Using SQL queries, I was able to extract the information needed and transfer the data into simple Excel reports.

The result was we were able to reduce the amount of time to get the information from hours to minutes and thus increasing efficiency by 28%.
