20+ years experience spanning engineering, analytics, and business management
I have extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence, primarily working with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and ETL processes.
Working at ATT doing network analytics gave me me hands-on experience in forecasting trends, predictive modeling, and creating dashboards for executive teams.
Running my own small business and also at ATT, I learned about marketing segmentation, positioning and consumer behaviour.
I’m excited about this opportunity at Delaware North because it combines my skills in data analysis and business mgmt with the ability to provide valuable business insights for the hospitality and gaming industry.
What do you know about Delaware North and this role?
Delaware North is a global leader in hospitality, gaming, and food service management, operating casinos, hotels, and entertainment venues.
I understand that this role using Business Integlligence analytcs using tools such SQL, Tableau, and data visualization to analyze customer behaviors and business performance trends.
Given my experience in data-driven decision-making and creating dashboards, I see my self as being a good fit for this role
Do you have experience with large volumes of data; experience with gaming and casino data,point-of-sale data,and pricing ?
I have more than 20 years experience working large volumes of data primarily at ATT working as a Data Analyst
I gained experience in POS data and pricing data working on my own business.
Do you have significant experiencein data extractionandtransformation, relational databases, andSQL?
Yes. At AT&T a data analyst i worked with data extraction and ETL processes for troubleshooting and optimizing the cellular network
I also have worked with relational databases such as MYSQL and PostGreSQL
Do you have any knowledge of predictive modeling to solve large-scale business problems
Yes. I have worked in many projects involving predictive modeling for example:
working on a project to reduce churn due to network complaints
predicting usage on large stadium events
and also to predict and prevent fraud
Do you have an understanding of complex digital ecosystems and metrics available for collection and analysis?
Absolutely. AT&T manages a complex, multi-layered digital infrastructure.
I collaborated on numerous projects that involved gathering and utilizing data from key areas such as 5G, IoT, and cloud computing.
Have you Utilize tools such as Tableau, R, SQL, Python, Databricks, and data warehouse, to query and drive reporting and analysis on a holistic level?
Yes. At AT&T, I primarily worked with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and data warehouse. I also worked a bit with Python. I didn’t work alot with R but I have a good understanding of how it works and of basic commands.

Yes. At AT&T, I have worked on projects where i was a contributor to designing innovative a
solutions to predict customer behaviors, particularly in churn.
Have you done Research key trends affecting Casino and hospitality industries
I have conducted trend research in the cellular industry.
Researching key trends involved analyzing data, forcasting changes, adopting merging technologies and improving user experiences.
The skills and methodologies used here are highly transferable to the gaming and casino industry
Did you Create advanced data visualizations
Yes. I Created interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize call failures, signal coverage gaps, and network performance for Senior Engineers and management
Did you Develop presentation materials that for senior management
Yes. I Developed executive dashboards and presentations for senior management, and presented them providing real-time insights into network performance

I am excited about this role.
When I first went to Deleware North website to learn more about the company, I fell in love with their core values which resonated with me a lot.
Pretty much Delaware’s core value are the values I believe in and they are very similar to how I raised my kids.
